At Doggos Washer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the 8-in-1 Dog Shower Sprayer, we want to make it right. Please review our policy below carefully.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of misuse, pet damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Used, damaged, or incomplete items (missing accessories or packaging).

Items purchased during final sale promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Email us at returns@doggos-washer.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Do not send items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we provide a prepaid label.

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition.
6. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
