1. Our Commitment

At Doggos Washer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the 8-in-1 Dog Shower Sprayer, we want to make it right. Please review our policy below carefully.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items that show signs of misuse, pet damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items (missing accessories or packaging).

  • Items purchased during final sale promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at returns@doggos-washer.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Do not send items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we provide a prepaid label.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@doggos-washer.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photos or video of the defect or damage.

We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again.

  • Contact your credit card company — processing times vary.

  • Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.
